Family visits

Bring your children, parents, grandparents and friends for an entertaining and relaxing day-out: walk along the paths - from the Park to the Farm, discover fascinating artists and exhibitions in the Museum, investigate the subtle links between the architecture of Serralves Museum and Villa, relax in the irresistible Tea House.

Food and drinks cannot be consumed in the Museum galleries and picnics are not permitted in the Park.
In the Museum there is the Restaurant and the Auditorium Bar and in the Park there is the Tea House.
At lunchtime, during week days, we recommend the Family Menu in Serralves Restaurant (Full Buffet).

Prams may circulate within the Foundation’s areas – Museum, Villa and Park. If required, there is an extra pram available in the Museum’s Cloakroom (subject to availability at the time of the visit).
You can change your baby’s nappy in the Museum (WC’s on floors 2 and 4, next to the Bar and Restaurant), and also in the WCs of the Tea House, Serralves Villa and in the Building of the Quinta do Mata-Sete estate (east wing), in the Park.
