VEIT STRATMANN

Veit Stratman’s work appropriates and alters the functions of public spaces, in dysfunctional transformations of their characteristics. One of his methodological rules is to do as little as possible, while radically altering the conditions of use of an exhibition space or public space. After his participation in “Squatters”, the artist now returns to Serralves in order to pursue a specific project that will have a strong visual impact for the Park. The project will be inaugurated on the Museum’s anniversary, when the Park is inundated with visitors.
