INTERNATIONAL MUSEUM DAY
On the 18th of May, Serralves celebrates the International Museum Day and Museum Night with lots of free activities between 10am and 11pm.
In addition to the celebratory activities, the exhibitions: ‘Pre/Post Visual Declinations of 25 April’, ‘Improbable Anagrams. Works from the Serralves Collection", ’C.A.S.A. Álvaro Siza Collection. Archive", “André Romão: Calor”, ’Oscar Murillo. Together in our Spirits’ (Museum) and “Lorenzo Senni: Windows to look in”, will have free entrance.
Drawing on the theme “Museums for Education and Research”, we present a set of activities that show the less known places of the Museum, as well as activities that bring the public closer to the heritage of Serralves. Amongst family activities, exploring the collection of Artists Books and an evening tour of sculptures, we’ll have activities tailored for all.
