IBERIAN TALKS

The Iberican Talks are born from a desire to bring together some of the most significant voices in contemporary architecture and culture, creating a meeting point for masters, professionals, students, institutions, and all those who find in Portugal and Spain a unique space for reflection.For its inaugural edition, Porto establishes itself as a natural meeting place, thanks to its distinctive landscape and architectural traditions. Organized by the Serralves Foundation in partnership with the FPAC Foundation in Galicia, this initiative strengthens ties between both countries, fostering new forms of exchange and thought across the Iberia.

Drawing on diverse experiences, geographies, and perspectives, the Iberian Talks propose an open dialogue on the challenges facing architecture today: public space, housing, territory, and sustainability. Rather than seeking consensus, this event aims to embrace varied viewpoints and productive differences, understanding architecture as a tool to interpret, care for, and transform the world we inhabit.
