First session of the new film and discussion series O Saber do Cinema, curated and moderated by Regina Guimarães and Saguenail.

“O Saber do Cinema,” part of the Escola do Espectador program, is a series of biweekly screenings that runs from early fall to early summer, on Saturday mornings (10 a.m.–1 p.m.), at the Casa do Cinema Manoel de Oliveira. The films we will be screening will not be announced in advance. The sessions, intended for an adult audience, will be preceded by a brief introduction and followed by a discussion intended to be fruitful and participatory. A program sheet featuring an original text will be distributed at each session.

In collaboration with the Serralves Educational Service, Regina Guimarães and Saguenail are responsible for the programming.
