The exhibition Improbale Anagrams is anchored, to a large extent, in dialogues between artists of multiple generations and from very different geographies. Based on this particularity of the exhibition, a set of conversations entitled Pas de deux was designed, in which these dialogues are thought through the voices of the artists and curators, critics and essayists who have worked with them, or written about them. Each conversation, moderated by one of the Serralves curators responsible for the exhibition, is an opportunity to delve into the work of the artists who are part of it – and, of course, to add anagrams.
