'Serralves hosts the launch of the Art and Research Book “Fuga Para O Tempo Presente - O Leve Poder da Lua Apenas Queima Os Olhos” by Joana von Mayer Trindade & Hugo Calhim Cristóvão, published by Instituto de Filosofia da Universidade do Porto: Grupo de Investigação "Raízes e Horizontes da Filosofia e da Cultura em Portugal" and by Nuisis Zobop - Ass. Cultural de Criação, Investigação e Formação no Domínio das Artes Performativas.
The artists and authors will give a brief presentation on the themes and creative processes behind the work, followed by a conversation with invited specialist guests.

Hugo Calvim Hugo Calhim Cristovão is a choreographer and Artistic Director. He holds a Ph.D. in Philosophy from the Faculty of Arts at the University of Porto, Portugal (FLUP), and a Master's degree in Contemporary Philosophy (FLUP). He is also a graduate in Philosophy and Theater (Interpretation and Acting Direction). Along with Joana von Mayer Trindade, he is the co-founder of the research group NuIsIs ZoBoP (2004) and the creator of several pieces. Alongside Joana von Mayer Trindade, they are co-founders of the research group NuIsIs ZoBoP (2004) and creators of the following pieces: "Abbadon," "She Will Not Live," "VELEDA," "ZOS (She Will Not Live)," "Meninas," "Nameless Natures," "O céu é apenas um disfarce azul do inferno", “Da insaciabilidade no caso ou ao mesmo tempo um milagre, "Mysterium Coniunctionis," "Dos Suicidados - O Vício de Humilhar a Imortalidade", "Fecundação e Alívio neste Chão Irredutível onde com Gozo me Insurjo", "Portrait of a Dancer as Velvet," and "Onde Está o Relâmpago Que Vos Lamberá As Vossas Labaredas". Joana von Mayer Joana von Mayer Trindade is a choreographer, performer, and teacher. She holds a Master's degree in Solo, Dance, Authorship - SODA from the Berlin University of the Arts UDK / HZT. She graduated in Psychology (University of Porto) and completed the Dance Interpreter Course at Forum Dança and the Essais Course at CNDC d'Angers. Together with Hugo Calhim Cristovão, she is the co-founder of the research group NuIsIs ZoBoP (2004) and the creator of several pieces.
